  • IT project portfolio management, IT governance, and compliance
  • IT configuration management, asset management and architecture
In this role, you will:
  • Ensure effective operation and achievement of expected outcomes for the department
  • Depending on the portfolio highlighted above:
  • Establish and improve IT Architecture, oversee IT Asset Management function and improve IT Configuration Management, or
  • Work on latest technologies to develop and improve the current BTS control environment including assessing, identifying, monitoring and coordinating the remediation of compliances issues, to ensure BTS is in compliance with regulatory and internal controls. You will also lead the departments project portfolio office in achieving its mandate through planning, prioritization and execution.
  • Assist the BTS management team to improve and maintain the overall IT governance framework. Lead a team of high performing professionals by successfully managing team resources, budgets and performance.
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
  • Twelve years of experience in an enterprise IT environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
  • Familiarity with core business practices outside of IT
  • Executive relationship management experience with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in either of the portfolios mentioned above
Recommended:
  • TOGAF Certification or equivalent
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • ITIL
