StackAdapt is looking for a bright, adaptable, and motivated Manager of IT Audit to join our growing team. The Internal Audit team is leading the charge towards creating a strong controls environment within the organization, but also has the exciting opportunity to consult and advise on various Finance, Business, and IT projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the IT controls program across StackAdapt. They will work closely with stakeholders across the entire organization in ensuring the effectiveness of IT processes, general and application controls. The successful candidate will also participate in process and system implementation / improvement related projects.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to applicants located anywhere in Canada.

What you'll be doing:

• Performing process walkthroughs
• Testing GITCs and ITACs
• Documenting and communicating findings
• Working with control owners to implement remediation plans
• Collaborating with external consultants on complex IT-related controls and processes
• Support the execution of IT audit engagements
• Act as an advisor to the business on IT-related projects and solutions
• Support the completion of ad hoc Internal Audit requests from management

What you'll bring to the table:

• 5+ years of GITC / ITAC experience
• CISA designation required, CPA designation is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and self-motivator with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience building a risk-based controls program
• Experience with system implementation related work and cloud architecture/environments
• Digital advertising / media experience is an asset
• Workiva experience is an asset
