Our established yet growing, privately owned Asset Management client is looking for a Manager, Investment Finance to join this newly created role and team. This individual will be a key member in building out a structure for the team and will collaborate closely with various other teams. They will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate internal and external financial and operational reporting and will ensure accuracy within.Please note: this position requires you to be in Ontario and in the local area, as this is an on-site position.What our client has to offer:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with customized financial and operational metrics for Investor fund-raising initiatives and reporting and participate in preparing fund-raising presentations, pitch decks and other materials
• Establish, monitor and manage internal portfolio level financial and operational performance and KPI reporting
• Compare and analyze actual results with plans and forecasts, to evaluate property level performance
• Develop tools and perform market research, data mining, business intelligence and property level benchmark tracking to support revenue management strategies
• Analyze financial market and other benchmark data for decision-making support
• Assist Asset Management, Property Management & Operations teams, and provide financial analysis and insights for the company as a whole
• Provide the Sales departments with performance trends and information
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and rules, as well as government
