Your mission:

Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Success and Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and managing the Company\'s talent attraction, engagement and retention campaigns as well as its employer branding campaign for the North American market. Your most important success indicator: to put GardaWorld Cash on the map as an employer of choice. You will work closely with a number of colleagues to that end, but your expertise will make all the difference.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a talent attraction, engagement and retention strategy as well as an employer branding strategy to capture the attention of quality candidates;
  • Plan and manage recruitment campaigns for digital and social media;
  • Monitor, measure and report on campaign results;
  • Oversee the careers section of our websites and suggest improvements;
  • Contribute to the creation of inclusive, appealing job descriptions;
  • Identify the most effective tactics and platforms to reach a specific target audience;
  • Monitor Glassdoor and Indeed, plan and implement activities to engage reviewers;
  • Define key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of projects and campaigns;
  • Design and plan recruitment and engagement events in accordance with brand guidelines and in partnership with talent teams;
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the recruitment industry;
  • Collaborate on the content marketing schedule;
  • With a view to esthetics, oversee all material published on our platforms to ensure content alignment and overall brand consistency;
  • Perform any other related duties to support the team.
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, communications/media or human resources or equivalent experience;
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, employer branding or employee attraction and retention;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English;
  • Good command of spoken and written French.
Skills and abilities required:
  • Proven success in developing marketing and recruitment strategies and campaigns;
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms (applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Paradox, Zip Recruiter, Google Jobs, Largely, etc.);
  • Knowledge of social media, content marketing, inbound marketing and digital marketing;
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills;
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to strike the right tone;
  • Agility and flexibility in handling emergencies and planning/modifying priorities;
  • Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to have fun at work and focus in an open environment.
