The manager leads and guides the strategy and policies for communication and sharing of files and information for the organization and establishes and maintains a highly organized process to schedule and management the development of agendas for supplier and other regularly occurring meetings which support effective relationships with our external insurance carriers and other audiences.Key AccountabilitiesResponsibility #1:In collaboration with both IGM and insurance carrier marketing resources, distribute and create content to support the sale and servicing of life and health insurance products. Identify and prioritize relevant communications from carriers to be shared with the field and head office audiences.Responsibility #2Manage new product launches and proactively promote insurance sales opportunities to the field by using existing content and creating new content where necessary and distributing through established corporate communication toolsResponsibility #3Support senior management to develop highly effective presentations for an executive audienceResponsibility #4Plan and coordinate quarterly insurance carrier and other meetings including establishing agendas and creating meeting materialsResponsibility #5Assist in developing and enhancing insurance training toolsQualifications

• Degree or diploma in creative communications or equivalent
• Business degree or diploma is an asset
• Minimum 3 years in a marketing, communications role or similar role
• Experience in Life insurance or wealth management industry
• Development of technical content for websites or intranet
• Excellent written communication skHls
• Ability to collaborate in a complex matrix environment
• Advanced skills in creating executive briefings using PowerPoint
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Good understanding of taxonomy
• Knowledge of individual life and health insurance business and products
• Data visualization skills
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
