Reporting to Director, Infrastructure and Application Technology, the Manager of Infrastructure Technology Operations will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our global IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on fostering leadership, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to strategic development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 professionals, including NOC, SOC, Network Engineers, Project Managers, Infrastructure Engineers, and Service Delivery Leads.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.

Operational Excellence:

Design and implement best practices for infrastructure management, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.

Conduct regular system audits to guarantee compliance with industry and company standards.

Strategic Development:

Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align infrastructure strategy with business goals.

Contribute to IT strategic planning to ensure infrastructure readiness for future business needs.

Financial Oversight:

Oversee budgeting for infrastructure operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement related to infrastructure assets and services.

Disaster Recovery and Innovation:

Coordinate and lead disaster recovery efforts, ensuring robust and regularly tested plans are in place.

Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies that support and enhance business operations.

Skills & Experience:

7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in leadership or management positions.

Proven track record of successfully managing diverse IT teams

Track record of successful project delivery and team development

Deep understanding of network and security protocols, cloud computing, and modern IT infrastructure.

Comprehensive knowledge of modern IT infrastructure technologies and best practices

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
