With our Deloitte Real Estate team of over 1,000 dedicated professionals worldwide, we help our clients to meet the challenge and take advantage of the opportunity by deploying our market leading industry expertise and experience.

The merger of Deloitte LLP with Drivers Jonas LLP established the new benchmark for how real estate advisory services will be provided in today's business world. Our combined team advises a wide variety of clients including many of the industry's largest real estate investors, owners, funds, service companies, government, investment advisers, developers, financial institutions and REITs.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

Have 5-10 years of experience in providing real estate valuation, real estate research and/or corporate real estate advisory services to the Canadian real estate market through a reputable professional services firm.

Undergraduate degree in Business is a must and a post graduate degree is desirable.

Understand commercial real estate markets across Canada with a solid foundation in market research related to office, industrial, retail, multi-residential and land sectors to name a few. Strong Knowledge of the Quebec real estate market is a must.

Demonstrate technical capability through client service delivery including, but not necessarily limited to: asset valuation, asset strategy, highest and best use analysis, corporate real estate strategy, due diligence, occupancy strategy, government advisory services plus the full range of real estate advisory services required by the Canadian market.

A real estate valuation designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada or from the Ordre des a?valuateurs Agrees du Quebec is highly desirable.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and particularly financial modeling in Excel .and proficiency in Power Point.

Proficient in financial modeling related to real estate valuation and real estate development projects. Good knowledge of ARGUS software is required.

Fluently Bilingual with excellent written and verbal skills in French and English.

Must possess strong leadership/mentoring skills and the ability to supervise a team of real estate professionals.

Good knowledge of the Canadian and Global economic factors that affect various types of real estate markets.

Must have very strong teamwork, integrity and communication skills.
