The Manager, IFE Product & Operations will provide operational and product end-end oversight of all software, media and campaign activities/decisions that impact the In-Flight Entertainment Product portfolio. The incumbent will be the operational and product commercial designate responsible to ensure Air Canada\'s corporate priorities are disseminated to the execution teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead the IFE product operationalization efforts for new IFE products and aircraft introductions into Air Canada

Lead all decommissioning activities as it relates to IFE product commitments on out-going fleets

Build and manage operational and development budgets to support on-going media and IFE operations

Lead the cost reduction strategy development to continuously deliver the most efficient budget

Manage a team of 3rd party suppliers on monthly content operations inclusive of content integration, software development and content loading operations.

Lead and execute all activities related to special VIP product coordination\'s with other branches.

Ensure cohesive delivery of operational related product roll-out and marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders product design, marketing communications, ACM, Brand etc.

Be the point of contact for revenue management, sales and media advertising teams for leading IFEC integration of stakeholder\'s media

Responsible for creating and managing all operational reports to Air Canada senior management.

Lead a team of operations and product managers to support Air Canada\'s fleet expansion and on-going IFE product business (future)

Be the center of excellence for all IFE product related items

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree, ideally in an operations related field

5+ years of relevant work experience (Experience in media and product development, ideally in an operational setting)

Advanced skills in Excel, MS Project, and Powerpoint

Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders and business owners from across the corporation.

Extensive knowledge of the Air Canada internal stakeholder environment

Solid commercial and airline industry experience

Proven planning and organizational skills

Capacity to manage multiple work demands

Solid communication skills - written and verbal
