Review inventory, address any stock issues, and ensure top-selling items are displayed prominently to drive sales.
Mid-Morning: Coaching and Leading
Actively
train Sales Associates
, offering hands-on guidance to help them refine their selling skills and exceed targets.
Conduct a walkthrough of the store, ensuring the merchandising is visually appealing and inventory is properly managed.
Handle
customer inquiries and sales
