KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offering our customers the highest level of customer service
Working well with other team members to not only help customers but help each other
Maintaining up to date product knowledge
Opening and closing the store
Point of sale and computer skills
Can be relied on to show up on time for their shift
Receiving stock into computer and ordering restocks weekly
Scheduling team members
Submitting margins and overall sales on a weekly bases as well as a grand total for monthly bases.
Training new hires when the time comes
Store operations

Minimum 3yr management experience

Retail experience is a strong asset

Creativity. It crucial to be able to make decisions on where to put certain products in a way that will catch customer's eyes.
We are excited to bring on new team members to the store. Keeping the store organized and clean helps motivate our customers to come back. We have a bunch of really lovely regulars who use our store as their primary source of work wear and boots. We are looking for people who will be happy to assist new customers and repeat ones all the same. Individual bonus starts after 1 month

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
