This is an onsite position working out of our Edmonton office Monday through Friday.
What you Will do
Manage a team of Implementation Specialists for end-to-end software implementations, with a primary focus on our ERP Products.
Ensure implementations align with product best practices and customer requirements
Learn, configure, and install software systems and all necessary components.
Manage numerous concurrent customer implementations
Work closely with the project coordinators to manage customer expectations and deliver on SOW.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure implementations align with product best practices and customer requirements
Mentor and support Implementation Specialists or Consultants (if applicable)
Drive improvements in implementation methodology, templates, and best practices
Track and report on project performance metrics
Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability
Provide internal and external status reporting, as required.
Ensure configuration, data migration, and integration requirements are met and documented
Collaborate with internal departments (Implementation, Support, Product, Customer Success) to ensure scope is managed and customer expectations are best met
Escalate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
What you Will Need to Succeed
Municipal experience is considered a strong asset
Municipal Finance and/or Accounting experience is an asset for this role
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
5+ years of experience in Software Implementations --preferably in a SaaS or software product environment.
Experience Leading/Managing a technical team is required, experience Managing Implementation team specifically is preferred
Technical Aptitude is required (Configuration, API, integrations, data migration concepts, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software interfaces and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms
Adaptability to evolving product features and comfort with delivering training in dynamic, client-driven settings.
