The Manager, HR Employee Services will develop, refine & implement back-end HR operational standards and administrative procedures to elevate the manager and employee experience, to enable growth and organizational capacity through best practices, process/system improvement methodologies and project management. This position will leverage leading edge technology and analytics to execute through standardization, governance and collaboration with the entire HR team.Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding.
