Manager HR Business Partner (Commercial)
We have an exciting, challenging and unique opportunity for a talented HR Professional to join our team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are accountable to partner and provide HR expertise to a designated group of clients. You will have abundant opportunities to work on business plans, projects, and be involved with the development of HR programming, as you work in close collaboration with HR leadership and the various centres of expertise.
At Bunge, we have HR Business Partners located throughout Canada, supporting our assets and operations. This role is dedicated to supporting our clients working in our Commercial team. The successful candidate will work and operate out of the Regina office.
What you'll do
  • Build collaborative and strategic partnerships with diverse leaders within the organization, while translating the overall business goals & needs into strategic HR initiatives.
  • Implement and facilitate delivery of HR programs, policies and processes (e.g. performance management and related salary and compensation programs, workforce planning, and onboarding programs).
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and coaching on a variety of HR issues, including sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
  • Proactively lead recruitment and talent initiatives.
What you bring to our team
  • Ability to establish effective relationships and influence others, including managers and union representatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate or lead group training sessions.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgement while making decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while dealing with multiple and competing priorities.
  • High performer with strong organization and time management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle and manage conflict effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems including Workday or experience with similar (any Application Tracking System, Learning Management System and/or HR Information System).
