Tasks

Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations Supervise staff Conduct training sessions Perform front desk duties Address customers\' complaints or concerns Assist clients/guests with special needs Take, cancel and change room reservations Resolve work related problems Respond to complaints of guests Leading/instructing groups Maintain work areas Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments
