Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.About the OpportunityReporting to the Health Services Director, the Health Services Manager is responsible for the planning and coordination of services and daily operations of people-centered programs for 4B Surgical Continuum of Care Unit within Nova Scotia Health.Working collaboratively and consultatively with patients/clients, families, management, staff, physicians, community partners, and service providers, the Manager applies strategic and analytical thinking to address challenges to achieve the ultimate goal of high-quality, safe and cost-effective services to better support patient experience/outcome.The Manager exhibits sound professional judgment and initiative while working within the framework and objectives of the Health Services Programs and the Mission, Vision and Strategic Directions of Nova Scotia Health.
