Approximately 70% of its audience is between the ages of 18 to 40.About the Team:As the Manager, Health, Safety and Environment, you\'ll report to the Senior Director, Global Fulfillment and lead the creation and ongoing improvement of the SSENSE Health & Safety program. You\'ll work closely with all SSENSE departments-including Fulfillment Center, Retail, Studio, Headquarters, and external partners-to develop and implement strategies that ensure a safe and healthy work environment. The role is an on-site role and you must be available to work physically from our Fulfillment Centre in Ville Saint-Laurent full time and other Montreal locations as needed.Why Join Us:

  • Ensure everyone, from leaders to team members, knows their role in the health and safety system and how they contribute.
  • Oversee health and safety training to ensure it\'s accessible, timely, and clear, collaborating with joint health and safety committees and senior leaders for feedback.
  • Improve existing procedures and create new health and safety policies, working with teams like Real Estate, Legal, HR, and Operations to ensure leadership gets thorough training.
  • Lead the creation and development of training materials for the team.
  • Communicate and train on streamlined tracking for policy sign-offs, procedures, and inspections, providing feedback to business units to address gaps and meet targets.
QualificationsHow To Excel In This Role:
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate is an asset
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Good grasp of Quebec laws and regulations about workplace accidents and illnesses.
  • Strong verbal and written French communication skills is mandatory.
  • Flexible schedule and availability for emergencies around the clock (24/7).
