The Opportunity

The Manager leads the day-to-day performance of Fetch Laundry Network's Hamilton operation. This role brings together delivery routes, retail outlet activity, and laundry operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the standard our customers expect as we continue to expand across Southwestern Ontario.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the work, building teams, and improving how things operate as the business grows.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Driving strong, scalable operations
You will oversee Fetch Laundry's delivery and operations, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time as volumes increase across the region. You will manage daily activity while working closely with corporate leadership to prepare the market for ongoing expansion.

Building and leading the operations team
You will recruit, train, and manage Drivers and Operations Associates while fostering a culture built on accountability, ownership, and high service standards. You will lead from the front, working alongside your team to ensure every order and customer interaction reflects Fetch's commitment to quality.

Maintaining delivery and operations performance
You will be accountable for dependable, on-time deliveries and well-run day-to-day operations. This includes enforcing safety procedures, improving workflows, addressing issues quickly, and ensuring all work meets Fetch Laundry's operational guidelines.

Working across the business to support growth
You will work closely with Corporate Operations, Customer Care, Cleaning Operations, and the Growth team to ensure new volume, new customers, and new markets are supported smoothly and consistently.

You take initiative and do not need constant direction to move things forward. You have experience supervising or managing teams, ideally in an hourly or shift-based environment. You are comfortable working with evolving technology and in businesses that are growing and changing quickly. You understand Southwestern Ontario and how businesses operate across the region.

Salary: $52,000 annually

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on leader to help define and grow this role. As Fetch Laundry Network continues to scale, the position is expected to expand in responsibility, influence, and compensation.
