Job Overview



A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating staff, creating business strategies, managing inventory, finding cost effective ways to perform daily activities, and training new staff - and of course, making & selling cookies!

The main objective of management is to secure maximum outputs with minimum efforts and resources. Management is concerned with thinking and utilizing human, material and financial resources in such a manner that would result in best combinations.

Job Responsibilities:



Ensuring staff are following all Public Health, Food Safety protocols

Ordering and inventory management

Staff scheduling, including staff availability and time off requests

Training new staff in customer service and cookie making procedures, offering constructive feedback as needed to ensure quality control

Overseeing pick up orders and third-party delivery service orders

Leading the Assistant Managers/Keyholder team and creating a positive and inclusive work environment

Handling onsite customer service issues and communicating with Head Office

Working as a team with the other Store Managers and Head office to ensure seamless quality and communication across all locations

Knowledge:



High School diploma preferred

Previous Management Experience (minimum of 2 year)

Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Food Industry Experience

Valid Food Handler Certification

Familiarity with food delivery apps (ie. Uber, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes)

Starting Salary: $22-$23//hr

Paid Vacation: 10 days

Weekend shifts are required

Must be able to work a balance of open/close shifts
