Reporting to our Director, Small and Medium Group Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a comprehensive go to market strategy to accelerate growth across the Small and Medium Business segment while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

You are a cause for growth through cultivating meaningful people-first customer engagements and champion the strategic growth of Alberta Blue Cross as the Trusted Partner here to support businesses Small Medium Businesses in Alberta. Your leadership will span the spectrum, from developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, fostering strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through acquisition, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
