Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager of Finance to support and lead core financial activities for our Global Retail Stores organization. This role reports to the Senior Director, Finance, Global Stores, and will serve as a key partner to Global Stores leadership, with a focus on driving financial insight, operational alignment, and informed decision-making across our global footprint.



What You'll Do:



Own and drive a deep understanding of the Global Stores P&L, including revenue, gross margin, capital, and operating expenses; synthesize and communicate insights to senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and performance narratives. Proactively deliver regular performance reviews, including store-level KPI tracking (sales, traffic, conversion) and detailed variance analysis, highlighting underlying trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide strategic and ad-hoc financial analysis to support the Senior Director, Finance, Global Stores to inform high-impact business decisions and respond to emerging business questions. Design, develop, and enhance dashboards and performance monitoring tools to support data-driven decision making. Evaluate retail store financial models and ROI analysis of new store openings, relocations, and renovations, ensuring robust investment assessments and alignment with strategic goals. Own and maintain the store master list and key metrics including comparable store sales and sales density, ensuring consistent tracking and communication of business performance. Lead end-to-end financial planning processes for Global Stores - owning monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning cycles while collaborating with regional finance teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals. Support the monthly close process in collaboration with Accounting and Global FP&A, ensuring accurate accruals, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Partner cross-functionally with analytics, store operations, and development teams to improve data governance and reporting practices, enabling consistent and meaningful insights. Drive continuous improvement in finance processes by identifying opportunities to enhance forecast accuracy, automate reporting, and improve analytical capabilities across tools and models.

Let's Talk About You:



7-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in retail store finance Professionally designated as a CPA, MBA, or another equivalent financial designation Strategic thinker with advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills; deep understanding of financial statements and the key business drivers that impact them Strong track record of presenting complex financial insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership and influence decision making Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Anaplan and D365; familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a strong asset Experience in the luxury retail, apparel, or consumer products sectors is preferred and considered a valuable asset
