MANAGER -

TRAILER ASSEMBLY (FT)

- MUST HAVE A VALID CANADIAN WORK PERMIT.



All-Equip is a family-owned trailer Manufacturing, Fabrication and Repair company located in St. Mary's, Ontario and Stratford, Ontario. Founded in 2011, All Equip has become a leader of Feed & Grain trailers for the Agriculture Industry. As a supplier of quality products and exceptional customer service, it's our dedicated and hard-working people who have made our organization what it is today.



Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a Manager for our Assembly department at our shop in St. Marys, Ontario. This is an in-person job, and you must have reliable transportation to get here.



Skills:Dependable, reliable. Knowledge of Assembly processes. Problem-solving skills. Computer skills. Teamwork and Collaboration. Excellent communication skills (Spanish would be an asset).

Duties will include:

Reporting and planning daily schedule with the owner. Supervising a team of assemblers. Managing production goals with other managers. Must be mechanically inclined. Instructing employees on assembling parts and installing. Reading drawings and instructing team members. working with team members as well as on your own. Assembling Platinum Trailers Grain trailers. Experience with hand tools is an asset. Must have verifiable experience. Communicating in Spanish is an asset

Full-time, year-round, Mon - Fri, Days. Direct deposit bi-weekly pay. Benefits package - Extended Health Care, Dental. RRSP plan. Overtime is available for those who want it. Optional Saturdays are available for those who are looking for more hours.
