The Guest Education Centre (GEC) is our contact centre at lululemon--our digital frontline connection. It serves our North American guests through an omni-channel experience, engaging with guests and supporting their purchasing and resolutions needs.
Job Summary
The Manager, GEC Digital Sales is responsible for performance of the contact centre's revenue driving team for a geographic territory (Western North America). They lead the implementation of the sales strategy for their territory, focused on driving revenue results through product education and delivering a high level of service through other leaders. They manage, coach, and develop a diverse team of Operations Managers remotely. The Manager, GEC Digital Sales partners on and executes strategies to enroll their team in business and people initiatives and collaborates with key cross-functional partners on front-line impacting initiatives.
