Job Description
We are a busy private medical clinic with a vibrant team that needs a Team Manager. This position is 40 hours per week. We are seeking an energetic, experienced and multi-tasking Front Desk Manager able to work cohesively in a team environment. Applicant must be extremely organized and very proficient with a high level of multi-tasking as this is a busy clinic with lots going on. This position would entail the following, but is not limited to:
- Front Desk Administration and Managerial tasks
- Interacting with patients
- Direct Billing to Insurance companies
- Booking appointments and taking payments
- Assisting the Doctor
- Filing
- Patient recalls
- Computer and paper work
- Incoming and outgoing faxing
- Billing
- Constant multi-tasking to keep office at a steady flow
- Flexible in hours - Weekday availability.
- Energetic individual capable of coping with changing work loads
- Salary based on experience.

- Monday to Friday
- Bonus pay
- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (required)
- Administrative experience/Healthcare: 2 years (required)
- Front desk: 2 years (required)
