About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity to support our Canadian Team as a Manager Franchise Performance covering the Southwestern Ontario territory. The Manager, Franchise Performance will provide strategic business direction and alignment to influence Subway franchise owners in maximizing profitability of their portfolio and help to align store operating procedures to Subway\'s brand standards. This role will communicate the expected performance level of the locations and franchisees within their assigned area in relation to the company\'s KPIs and metrics. They will implement business growth by identifying potential operational opportunities for improvement and provide training to strengthen locations.If you feel that this is the role for you, and you are successful with your application, be ready to be Bold, Empowered, Accountable, and ready to have Fun in a fast paced and agile working environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide operational and food safety guidance and education during restaurant visits: Consistently evaluate SUBWAY restaurants using the PBE model on a quarterly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Document adherence to Company compliance standards, improvements made, areas of opportunity and direction on how to improve, if needed during coaching sessions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate how the restaurant is performing compared to SUBWAY policies and procedures, analyze sales, and cost data and provide specific customized direction to improve in these areas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review franchisees portfolio and have regularly scheduled business reviews to see growth potential and areas of opportunity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coach and counsel franchisees to reach individual store and territory goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance to franchisees to grow their business both within the local community in store and though online sales and delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build Territory Relations by visiting all assigned restaurants at least quarterly depending on performance level, communicating with franchisees via voicemail, e-mail, territory meetings, individual franchise meetings and written communications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gains respect from franchisees to be recognized as an asset to the business and leader in the field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist Territory Director and shared services team with site reviews by conducting three-day parts of customer intercepts for all reviews within assigned area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide direction and proficiency to franchisees and staff regarding New Store Openings & Transfer Training Hours.
Qualifications:\xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s Degree or higher, preferred, in Business or Hospitality Management \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of restaurant experience preferred Food Chain (Franchise) restaurants, QSR or Full service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to make an impact.\xe2\x80\xa2 Desire to support multiple business owners\' success. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works well autonomously and as a member of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Problem solver with high standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong P&L and budget knowledge. \xe2\x80\xa2 Success with growing sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication, relationship building.
