The Manager, Franchise Operations (MFO) is a member of the Franchise Operations Organization, a customer-facing team. The MFO is a field based representative responsible for improving hotel performance using Wyndham Hotels & Resorts resources and services to the fullest extent. You will be responsible for cultivating effective relationships with hotel owners, franchisees, and General Managers and report directly to a Regional Director, Franchise Operations. This role requires extensive travel (approximately 90%) and you will have a valid passport and to be located near a major airport. Oral and written proficiency in French and English is a requirement for this position. This role will be located in Saint John, New Brunswick or Ottawa, Ontario.

Within your respective portfolio of hotels, you will act as a brand consultant charged to review and improve all major functions of hotel performance, including revenue generation, quality assurance, loyalty and customer service. You are responsible for the development, execution, and engagement that strengthens each brand\'s value proposition as it relates to the hotels located in the portfolio. You are empowered to work to retain the brand\'s most valuable customers, developing and strengthen human capital, and reinforcing our culture.

In the Manager, Franchise Operations role, you will expand revenue generation opportunities, drive growth and performance while improving quality performance and increasing customer satisfaction for a portfolio of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Your relationship with franchisees will drive revenue through engagement in Wyndham Hotels & Resorts programs and services that yield top line revenue (i.e. Revenue Management Services, Signature Reservations). You have the autonomy to manage front line efforts to drive franchisee satisfaction, assist with recommendations to impact financial goals and operations and influence and inspire franchisee to engage in the brand and WHG initiatives. As the Manager of Franchise Operations, you will understand market conditions impacting hotel operations and performance with the ability to identify, recommend and assist in implementing revenue generating opportunities. Identifying key opportunities for the hotels to drive participation and engagement in the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program is vital to this role. You will continuously learn new initiatives and stay current with industry trends and transfer this knowledge to the franchisees to enhance our value proposition.
