Job ResponsibilitiesManage the end to end business cycle for the total Labatt business; month end closure, reporting, forecast and analysis Lean out financial processes to drive time savings and increased accuracy via a.) improvements in computations/owned processes, b.) working with tech support team to design & implement solutions and c.) pushing process ownership to P&L line owners Find levers to improve EBITDA forecast accuracy Identify insights in financial data, translate insights to proposed actions, sell proposed actions to the CFO/functional VPs

Job Qualifications and CompetenciesA University Degree in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, engineering) preferred 5+ years financial/analytical experience in consumer packaged goods SAP, VBA and Power BI experience a plus Accounting expertise Strong knowledge of P&L and P&L drivers Strong communication skills; ability to communicate financial topics to non-specialists, ability to synthesize complex information into simple messages Experience managing technical projects & 3rd party vendors Strong teamwork skills Negotiation skills - ability to impact and influence Must bring a focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks. Ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of projects.
