Job Description
The Flight Operations Training Manager plays a key role in supporting flight operations by maintaining and managing the pilot training program in accordance with CARs, COM and organizational policies and procedures.
This position is fully responsible to ensure all pilots are competent to fulfill their duties and able to be dispatched, as well as ensure that training records are accurate and current.
The incumbent will be required to travel frequently to all bases where pilots are located.
