Join us!Job SummaryThe Manager, Flagging is responsible for overseeing teams of management and unionized employees within an assigned territory, coordinating track protection for both internal and external projects while ensuring compliance with all CN rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include leading and managing flagging teams of varying sizes, overseeing manpower planning, contract execution, and budget management, as well as ensuring all flagging activities align with safety and operational standards. The role requires being available on-call 24/7 to respond to critical incidences. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure, and stress.
