Your Mission:
As the Manager, FP&A, you'll be a key strategic and analytical leader, driving the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
You will:
Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, collaborating cross-functionally to align with company goals.
Develop, analyze, and present monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Deliver proactive insights -- identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that improve profitability and efficiency.
Drive process improvements and enhance forecasting and reporting tools to strengthen business agility.
Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative, and analytical culture.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent).
Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
Skills:
Strong grasp of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) are an asset.
Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
English proficiency required; bilingualism (French/English) may be required based on role and region.

Compensation:
At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
