Senior FP&A Analyst




Johnvince Foods is seeking Senior FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for delivering financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, this role will play a critical part in developing reporting and analytics capabilities from our new SAP implementation.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and Own the Future of Finance Analytics, Reporting, and Insight



Translate business needs into SAP-based reporting, analytics, and insights. E.g. + Revenue deep dives including cuts for customer, product, and program
+ Gross margin deep dives including cuts for customer, product, and program
+ Complexity analysis / management
Design and implement dashboards and ad hoc reports using tools such as SAP Analytics and / or other visualization tools Engage in storytelling through data and analytics Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure data quality and structure align with financial insight requirements Partner with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and revenue drivers

FP&A Leadership



Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles including variance analysis, board reporting, and executive summaries Develop financial models to support business cases, pricing decisions, and scenario planning Support annual budget and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with key stakeholders Challenge the status quo by continuously identifying areas of improvement

What You'll Bring



4+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance Specific experience in CPG and / or manufacturing is a must Demonstrated experience working with SAP for financial reporting and analysis Strong grasp of P&L mechanics, cost accounting, and product-level profitability analysis Exceptional Excel, databasing, and modeling skills (including with large datasets) Analytical and detail-oriented with strong business acumen Curious, collaborative, and eager to solve messy, real-world data problems Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment Excellent communicator who can distill complex data into actionable insights Demonstrated capability to build relationships and work effectively across all areas of the business

Nice-to-Haves



MBA, CFA and/or CPA Experience in a private equity-backed environment Experience in a food / snacking environment Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Involvement in ERP transitions or system implementations Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
