Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will develop and deliver comprehensive financial tools--such as budgets and forecasts--to support informed decision-making. This role will play a key part in planning and managing the annual budget process, as well as executing the monthly forecasting cycle.

Develop and deliver comprehensive financial tools to support informed decision-making
Provide guidance in developing financial models for budgets, business proposals and growths opportunities while offering financial support and advice other departments
Manage the financial planning team and coordinate the analysis of financial results and identification of business opportunities
Facilitate special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
Review and analyze the cost efficiency initiatives and projects
Support analysis on projects and strategic initiatives
Education: University Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
Experience: 7-10 years of combined financial planning and managerial experience required
CPA designation is required
Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving and prioritizing skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team
