You will provide strategic guidance on financial operational projects and serve as the primary liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.As a key member of the Finance management team, the candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with Banks, and Credit card processors, as well as driving transformation initiatives to support our financial objectives. Autonomy, along with strong communication and organizational skills, are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will supervise, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.What youxe2x80x99ll do here:Responsible for overseeing operations ensuring accepted policies and procedures are adhered to, and that any fraud and risk to the organization is mitigated.Oversee bank account structures for operational efficiency and compliance, including opening and closing of accounts & updates to signing authorities.Responsible for leading and supporting various operational projects.Assist in managing bank and credit card relationships, negotiating service agreements to ensure cost-effective operations.Review and refresh of internal control policies, procedures and the business continuity plan.Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations.Manage and support internal and external audits.QualificationsCPA xe2x80x93 is requiredMinimum 5 years experience leading an operations team with a large publicly traded companyAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle ambiguityStrong knowledge of banking products and operationsOrganized self-starter, with a customer service focus and proven ability to manage a team and complex tasksKnowledge of Oracle would be an asset#LI-HybridWhat we offerOur hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Working here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
