Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Manager within the Corporate Applications team which is part of the Finance Technology Solutions organization. This position is responsible for operational support and enhancements of BlackLine used by finance across the globe. The primary location for this role is New Brunswick, NA. It will report to the Corporate Applications Director in EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize and plan achievements and resources for major initiatives

Ensure effective operations of the TSA and plan to support the exit

Provide guidance and management of the budgets for operations, enhancements and deployments

Lead and ensure completeness of all SOX testing and sign-offs including Audit support

Lead and improve detective controls to be rolled out to Blackline users

Recommend, plan and execute process improvements compliantly supported by Corporate Applications

Lead the successful unification of the Run and the Deploy pillars of the team

Ensure optimisation of BlackLine modules and the new functionality in each release

Ensure staff are appropriately trained and provided with development opportunities aligned with G&Os

Train, run and mentor a distributed team of 4

Ensure effective global connection throughout BL Run Operations
