The Manager, Finance & Tax Systems leads a team of Application Engineers who design and create Enterprise solutions, bridging the gap between technology and our business partners. As Manager, you will hold expert system and industry knowledge for corporate account, treasury, tax, receivable, payables, and financial reporting. You will help guide business decisions related to Technology and process management. You will lead the execution of all aspects of requirements delivery, this includes planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, functional design, deployment, and evaluation. Additionally, you recruit, coach and mentor a team of experts that are considered true business partners throughout the organization.

What You\'ll Do:

• Lead and manage a group of Application Engineers that build and maintains technology platforms for all functional areas related to store operations and retail systems.
• Design and improve software, aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
• Work as a bridge between business partners and engineering teams.
• Solve and recommend solutions for complex scenarios and issues within an agile or waterfall project structure.
• Provide guidance and input to sequencing within the technology roadmap.
• Configure new application features and deprecate existing features as needed.
• Develop and implement enhancements for existing applications and platforms.
• Maintain expert level of application knowledge with each upgrade or new application implementation.
• Lead the creation and review of all technical documentation.
• Create and manage production deployment plans.
• Plan for and align application security models according to best practices and license efficiency.
• Interact with the user community to solve problems, augment system functionality, and improve the user experience.
• Develop test cased scenarios for QA and UAT.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Let\'s Talk About You:

• 5+ years\' experience as a technology lead, implementing financial solutions.
• 3+ years\' experience managing a team and leading the design efforts for complex projects.
• University Degree in relevant discipline such as Business, Information Technology, Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent of experience.
• Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 full system implementations D365 or other financial/ERP systems.
• 5+ years experience in D365 Finance & Operations and certification is required
• Financial designation or certification is preferred.
