Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and corporate finance, with expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping. This role is pivotal in managing the financial health of our organization, overseeing budgeting processes, and providing strategic insights to support business development initiatives.

Duties



Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Develop and manage budgets, providing insights into cost management and resource allocation. Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's assets. Perform account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Lead the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development. Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives through sound financial planning. Monitor investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred. Proven experience in financial management roles with a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting practices, budgeting, and cost management techniques. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with financial software and tools that enhance efficiency in reporting and analysis. Pay: $55,961.06-$120,000.00 per year
