Duties
Oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and manage budgets, providing insights into cost management and resource allocation.
Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization's assets.
Perform account reconciliation to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Lead the finance team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Collaborate with other departments to support business development initiatives through sound financial planning.
Monitor investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on thorough analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is preferred.
