About the role




Join this exciting, proactive team to drive change, develop and support strategy, provide insightful analysis to maximize performance, and deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to the Claims organization. You will demonstrate strong leadership, and drive engagement, development and growth for your team.

Manager, Finance

to join our team!



What you'll do here:



Lead projects and develop innovative and creative solutions (tools, models, processes) to identify key performance trends and improvement opportunities, address complex matters and ensure compliance. Provide insights, analysis, modelling, tools, and business support to measure and track benefits of projects and initiatives and maximize productivity. Collaborate with Operations and other Support teams to connect deeply to business drivers and needs to prioritize efforts and maximize value of outcomes. Oversee the National Fleet team and strategy, providing process and performance insight and optimization. This includes evolving the climate strategy and execution, providing insightful analysis to maximize the cost and efficiency of the fleet with high customer satisfaction. Drive change; Identify and execute on opportunities to drive efficiency and simplify and/or automate processes.

What you bring to the table:



Master's degree in Finance or a professional certification such as CFA, CPA, CBV, CVA or an equivalent qualification. Strategic and innovative approach, insight and discipline. Expert level analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication skills with executives. Can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while learning quickly. Leadership skills, team player, independent and efficient. Can interact with a variety of people at all levels of the organization, including management and certain external contributors. Knowledge of P&C insurance industry an asset.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
