General Summary

Supply Chain (SC) FP&A is a dynamic, fast pace team responsible for driving divisional consolidation of periodic forecast, annual budget process and 3-Year Strategic Financial Plan. We deliver value-added business analysis as well as define and report on meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision-making


Manager, SC FP&A role will provide the candidate with opportunities to drive forecasting optimization, ad-hoc analysis on the key business drivers and opportunities for our division.

Role Accountabilities:

Manage the build and tracking of forecasts and budgets with focus on both, Merchandising and Ops plans Consolidate large amounts of complex information into simple and easy to understand reports Analyze weekly and periodic results to identify emerging trends and opportunities Prepare divisional presentations pertaining to period results, forecasts and budgets Develop, enhance and implement financial models that consider multiple drivers Lead interpretation and analysis of key drivers affecting the SC Operations Produce and present summaries of results or analyses Liaise with other functional areas within the organization to co-ordinate cross-functional analyses and data accumulation Ad hoc projects and analyses

Role Requirements:

Bachelor degree or greater (e.g. Business, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, etc.); Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or working towards the designation; 3-5 years related planning and forecasting work experience; Exceptional analytical skills and proven capability to drive insights from data and analytics; Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a clear focus on quantitative results; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Willingness to work well in a fast-paced team environment; Ability to "think outside the box". Strong project management skills with the ability to leverage resources (people, processes, departments, tools) to complete objectives effectively and efficiently; Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other departments and build strong working relationships.
