Manager of Finance & Administration (One-Year Contract)

Cherish at Central Park is a vibrant seniors' age-in-place community. We're looking for a highly skilled Manager, Finance & Administration to step into and lead our financial and admin functions during an exciting growth phase.
What You'll Do:Full-cycle accounting using Sage, Ceridian payroll and compliance, and purchasing
Supervise front desk, bookkeeping, hospitality, leisure, housekeeping and maintenance admin
Implement digital platform for admin component of food service
Mentor and support our admin team to grow
Foster a warm, professional, customer service based environment for Residents and staff
What You Bring:CPA designation or equivalent, with strong accounting background
Expert-level Sage and MS Office experience, digital systems implementation
Proven leadership and professional structured management across multi-functional admin teams
Organized, personable, and flexible in a dynamic 24/7 environment
Details:One-year contract, full-time in a 24/7/365 environment
