This position will report into SVP, Global Head of Retail. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the Experiential Signature Project. This exciting initiative aims to revolutionize our offerings by redefining key moments of the guest journey across all hotels and lines of business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bringing this project to life by leading the coordination, piloting, and successful implementation of innovative guest experiences that reinforce Four Seasons\' commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of the Experiential Signature Project, from conceptualization to full implementation, ensuring the project\'s alignment with Four Seasons\' strategic objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all team members across various departments, including but not limited to Operations, Design, Marketing, Finance, IT and Guest Services, to develop and execute the project effectively.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management, to drive efficient and timely execution.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to track progress, address challenges, and communicate project updates and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in design, services, and experiences across all hotels and lines of business throughout the project\'s lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles during the project and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
  • Piloting and Testing: Oversee the piloting of new guest experiences in select properties to gather feedback, assess performance, and make necessary adjustments before full implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to analyze data, guest feedback, and industry trends to continuously enhance and refine the project\'s offerings.
  • Performance Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of the Experiential Signature Project, and present findings to senior management.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and ensure seamless integration of services and experiences.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all project initiatives adhere to Four Seasons\' brand standards, policies, and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest experience trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to travel to various Four Seasons properties as needed.
