Summary

As the Enrollment Department at Pearson Online Learning Services evolves, we are looking for an analytical, process focused individual who can help guide the Enrollment team's reporting and operations function. Working with both external vendors and internal cross-functional teams, this role will report to the Director of Enrollment Operations to drive operational success.

General Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze enrollment data on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence

Evaluate lead flow, mix, and how this may impact to future enrollment performance

Provide guidance to Enrollment Leadership on programmatic performance and include areas of opportunities

In conjunction with Director, oversee CPC performance and efficacy, ensure contractual metrics are met

Assist Outsourced Call Center staff overseeing our partnership and ensure they have relevant, up-to date information regarding all programs we are enrolling

Maintain strong relationship with Call Center team and work to improve CPC performance through innovation and address deficiencies; attend weekly meetings with the CPC team

Review staff performance and recommend policy or procedural changes

Represent Enrollment on cross functional projects in conjunction with Marketing, Partner Success, Data & Analytics, and IT

Work hand-in-hand with Data & Analytics team to understand data inputs, providing enrollment team expertise, and ensure all new projects have been vetted through Data & Analytics team so projects can be tracked effectively

Identify real or potential problems that impact the Enrollment team advocating on behalf of the enrollment team with cross functional teams

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting to enrollment leadership after vetting data with D&A team

Manage ad-hoc reporting request

Represent Enrollment team cross functionally on all sales operation's tasks and work with business owners to identify, prioritize and develop needs

Create a quarterly and annual road map for enrollment team analytics and reporting with insights from Marketing and Enrollment VP and in conjunction with D&A team

Responsible for identifying gaps in operational processes and stay up to date on emerging digital and technological solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required, or an appropriate combination of education and significant experience

3-5 years working in analytics and/or sales operations

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization

Ability to build strong relationship with IT and D&A teams

Experience building and developing reports and dashboards

Experience with Salesforce and Tableau CRM systems

Strong understanding of Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and Powerpoint a plus

Familiarity with data visualization tools

Versatile and nimble mindset to pivot quickly when necessary

Team player with a positive attitude

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
