Your Role on our Team:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Engineering & Data Platform to lead the development of scalable software systems and robust data infrastructure. This hybrid role combines the strategic oversight of software engineering with the governance and operational excellence of data management and analytics. You will play a critical role in shaping our technology roadmap, ensuring our products are data-driven, secure, and built for scale. Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Salesforce, and Agile methodologies is essential, along with a strong understanding of integration platforms such as MuleSoft.


In this role, you will:




Lead the integration of Microsoft Power Platform solutions to optimize business operations. Manage a team in deploying Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, resulting in improved efficiency and user satisfaction through automated workflows and custom apps. Implement Agile practices like Scrum or Kanban to boost team collaboration, flexibility, and productivity. Integrate DevOps practices for smoother development and deployment, leveraging automation to minimize errors and enhance efficiency. Establish coding standards and conduct regular code reviews with static analysis tools to maintain high-quality code. Own data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Develop data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics platforms in collaboration with analysts to enable data-driven decisions. Improve reporting and dashboards aligned with strategic objectives, while troubleshooting BI data models and ensuring solution quality.

Requirements:




Leadership experience managing software development/analytics teams Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Proficiency in data visualization with Power BI or equivalent tools Experience in data warehouse design and data mining Understanding of SQL Database Administration, OLAP, and ETL frameworks Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, MS Fabric), Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, MuleSoft, Azure DevOps Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Teamwork and good communication skills 3-5 years of technical experience in data governance, analytics, quality, and master data management Expertise in data governance technology, business processes, metadata, data lineage, and enterprise implementation Experience in defining and building enterprise data management policies and solutions Skilled in integration solutions and API Management (MuleSoft preferred) Experience integrating third-party apps into core products Knowledge of product development lifecycle from ideation to iteration
