Manager, Employment Brand

We are seeking a creative, analytical and results oriented Employment Brand Manager to manage, lead and grow the activation of our employment brand to drive the attraction of top talent to Rogers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Programs, you will focus on expanding the company's online presence on different employment sites, identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media, and developing creative ways to attract the best diverse talent by partnering with the Talent Acquisition and Brand/Communications teams.

What you will do:
  • Build and deliver the strategy and content on segmented Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaigns that expresses our EVP in a way that inspires action for our targeted talent segments
  • Gather market intelligence on industry and competitor trends and incorporate this into effective recruitment or sourcing strategies.
  • Manage recruitment vendors and employer profiles and branding (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Job Boards)
  • Report and analyze employment brand KPIs to determine effectiveness of internal/external employment branding
  • Engage internal departments in helping to curate and create employment branding content that is on-brand and reflects and supports our culture
  • Embed EVP into content, resources, and programs and collaborating across departments to embed in training programs and other employee programs
  • Create and manage a social media strategy and content calendar focused on career-related content
  • Solicit and assemble content updates from across the organization in order to update existing properties, including jobs.rogers.com

What you bring to the role:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the areas of strategic branding, recruitment marketing, sourcing and networking
  • Experience in effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including: Talent campaigns, internet searches, job board, SEO and social media
  • Proficiency with digital job boards, social media trends and associated best practices
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System is a requirement. Experience with Success Factors would be an asset
  • Superior organizational and planning skills, with an ability to identify risks and manage expectations
  • Detail-oriented and highly meticulous, even when faced with competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Proven analytical and intermediate/advanced excel skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual French-English an asset
