Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations and management of our organization. This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Collaborate with department leads to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and make recommendations for improvement. Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate company goals, policies, and procedures. Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company standards and procedures. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Experience:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the Recreation, Entertainment or Hospitality Industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of financial management principles. A minimum of 3 years management and staff supervision experience, preferably at a public/hospitality attraction. Ability to train and develop others to succeed through coaching and talent management.
