Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of food retail management, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. The Manager will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives while maintaining high standards of store presentation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory levels, merchandising strategies, and pricing to maximize sales opportunities. Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately.

Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process for new team members.

Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management. Collaborate with team members to create a motivating atmosphere that encourages teamwork and productivity.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and training & development. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and staff. Proficient in retail management practices including merchandising, pricing, and sales management.

Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
