Tagging Strategy:

Design and implement tagging plans for large-scale websites, focusing on accuracy, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. This includes leveraging server-side tagging and third-party tools such as CDPs to enhance data collection and control.

Server-Side Tagging & Third-Party Tools:

Lead the adoption and management of server-side tagging and other third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform) to improve data quality and tracking flexibility.

Tagging Implementation Support:

Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for tagging implementation, including designing and creating robust dataLayers to ensure consistent, accurate data capture across digital platforms. Collaborate closely with developers and analytics teams to execute tagging requirements.

GA4 Reporting:

Build and maintain GA4 dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Looker to provide meaningful insights into user behavior and business performance.

ETL and Data Orchestration:

Oversee and support data synchronization and orchestration to ensure accurate and timely flow of lead and conversion data between advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Utilize or manage tools such as LeadsBridge, Zapier, and n8n to automate and maintain these workflows.

Privacy Compliance:

Ensure all tagging and data collection practices comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure tagging, reporting, and data integration solutions support broader business objectives.

Quality Assurance:

Supervise quality assurance processes to maintain tagging accuracy and consistency, working to quickly identify and resolve issues.
