We are seeking a dynamic and results focused Manager of Customer Support to lead our customer support team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the customer support department, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of frontline Tier 1 customer support specialists, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and maintaining high performance levels.
