What is the opportunity?




Manager Credit Support plays a key role in enabling effective credit delivery and credit excellence within Canadian Private Banking (CPB). The role supports all strategic and operational credit initiatives that enhance client and employee experience, strengthen risk management, and optimize credit processes. Through business and data analysis, project execution, and process improvement, this role helps to translate business needs into actionable solutions aligned with Canadian Private Banking Strategic Priorities.

What will you do?



Analyze credit trends, portfolio data, and operational metrics, gather and process the data, work with data and analytics team to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Support Credit VPs and other members of Credit Senior Management Team in sourcing and processing required data on as needed basis. Lead project planning, testing, and implementation related to all credit initiatives. Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and solutions. Act as a project manager for all CPB credit projects. Support leadership in sourcing data and building deliverables for executive level presentations. Support end-to-end credit process improvements. Partner with credit policy, risk and operations teams to improve the processes. Support change management, training, enablement, and communication efforts to ensure smooth roll out and adoption of new processes, policies, initiatives. Collaborate with partners across Private Banking credit, Private Banking and external operations, risk, legal, compliance, as well as client-facing teams and leaders. Conduct early deal review (EDR) initiative: facilitation and reporting. Support on workforce (FTE) management and reporting, including access management, on/off-boarding, team mapping, etc. Review Canadian Private Banking user base access rights on an annual basis.

What do you need to succeed?



Must-have:



Ability to track and report project milestones, risks, and outcomes. Strong business and data analysis skills Deep knowledge of CPB business, CPB credit, CPB operations Strong process mapping and project management skills Expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, LeanKit, Tableau

Nice to have:



Broad knowledge of RBC Enterprise capabilities, products, services, systems
