Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Mississauga, ON-based company to hire a Manager, Corporate Brands. This will be a 3-to-6-month contract with the potential for an extension or to go permanent.Benefits & Perks:

• Compensation: $40 to $50/hour
• Hybrid: 2 to 6 times monthly at the client\'s Mississauga Office.
• 3 to 6-month contract with potential for an extension or to go permanent.
• Immediate Start
• Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Collaborative partnership with Category Managers to deliver innovative corporate brand products that meet required financial targets.
• Negotiate vendor funding to support exit strategies where applicable, to ensure profitability on corporate brands.
• Develop brand strategies across all corporate brands and position products appropriately.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Oversee the development of private-label products from concept to market, including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Partner with QA to ensure that products are meeting brand standards and required specifications.
• Collaborate with supply chain on managing inventory levels with review of inventory/in stock levels.

Qualifications:

• University degree majoring in Product Development, business or marketing.
• Proficient in MS office Advanced Excel, PP AA, Canva
• Prior experience in product development, sourcing, merchandising, or retail management is required.
• Effective Project management skills to oversee multiple projects.
• Strong Financial acumen & Analytical skills with an understanding of financial concepts such as pricing, margins, and profitability analysis.
