The Contract Manager is accountable for key aspects of the contract management lifecycle including development, compliance, maintenance, and change. They manage the contractual aspects of ISI's relationship with the Customer to support project performance and Prime Contract alignment with the corresponding Subcontracts and provides contractual guidance to internal departments.
Manage contract staff resources including defining goals, tasking, training, etc.
Support the drafting of Prime Contract terms and conditions, and ensuring consistency with underlying Statement of Works (SOWs) and technical specifications
Develop and implement Project requirements management strategy for Prime Contract and Subcontract SOWs, where applicable, within Project tool, IBM DOORS, including the execution of Contract Changes
Provide contractual guidance to interdisciplinary functions to execute Prime Contracts
Liaise with ISI Law Department on matters requiring legal interpretation and overall contract review
Work with the Customer on requesting and obtaining approvals as required under the applicable Prime Contract
Manage the tracking and monitoring of Contract value, Task values and Change impacts
Draft Task Authorization and Contract Amendments, and finalize execution of same with Customer
Manage Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and Subcontractor's Change Order Proposals (COPs) where applicable, including the development and review through to the Contract Change Board with final approval from the customer
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline (e.g. Business, Law, Engineering) or equivalent years of professional experience
Professional knowledge of complex contracting, preferably construction or manufacturing environments or Defence industry
Legal & contracting knowledge; Project Management, Data/Document Management Knowledge
Demonstrated track record of success, generally over 10+ years of contract management experience, preferably including prior people leadership experience.
