Currently, our Consumer & Retail Solutions practice is seeking a Manager to join our Vancouver office. We are searching for talented individuals who can help make KPMG the top choice in Canada for designing, building, and securing customer-focused organizations.

Growing your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team and supporting our Open Feedback culture.
Supporting timely engagement management and ensuring on-time, at-budget high quality delivery of client deliverables.
Providing expertise and knowledge for full spectrum of client-related business activities and projects, while taking accountability for leading client engagements.
Growing your reputation as a trusted advisor and as a champion within your area of personal expertise.
Conducting interview, ideation sessions and co-creation workshops with business partners, subject matter experts and customers for all stages of an engagement.
Creating Service Blueprints and Customer Journeys to understand, improve and implement seamless, coherent customer experiences.
Working in an agile environment as part of a high-performance team.
What you bring to this role:
You have a Bachelors' or Masters' degree in Business or Communications. Formal experience in Strategy or Behavioural Change is also welcome.
You are well-versed in user-centered design methods and techniques. Design thinkers welcome!
You have the dedication to collaboration and experience working with teams on large-scale, long term projects ideally in a client-facing role.
You can build relationships and work closely with other designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, content creators, cross-functional teams, stakeholders and partners to design digital products across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
